N.B. In the period of fair events (Vinitaly, Marmomacc, Vivilacasa, Fieracavalli), concerts or holidays (Christmas and Easter) the prices may be subject to changes.
All prices include booking and breakfast, served from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in our breakfast room.
- In the B&B, We will ask our B&B guests to pay the tourist tax requested by law (€ 1,50 per person).
- In the Apartment, We will ask our B&B guests to pay the tourist tax requested by law (€ 2,50 per person).

Booking and Stay
- Check-in from 3 to 6 p.m.
- Check-out by 10.30 a.m.
In case your arrival or departure would change, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible, so we can accommodate your needs offering you a comfortable stay. If your arrival will exceed from check-in, it will be applied a surcharge of €30,00.
We provide keys and customers are responsible for their ownership.
In case of loss we will ask a refund of € 50,00.
Smoking is not allowed.
We are sorry to inform our guests that pets are not allowed in the building.
Payment
In order to guarantee a comfortable stay with us, we kindly ask you to pay by bank transfer or credit card in the amount of a 30% deposit of the whole price .
Notice In case of cancellation, a voucher of the same amount that can be spent over the next 12 months will follow.
